Please send this to all of your Obama supporting friends and acquaintances. The graph represents the labor participation rate for the past 10 years. As you can see, when Obama took office 65.7% of adults were working. Today, that number has decreased to 63.5%

Put another way, about 4 million fewer people are working today than when Obama took office. [PS, With no hope in sight if he is not kicked out of office!] And as you can also see, since Obama's "recovery" began there are even fewer people working then in the worst of the recession he inherited. [Admittedly, George W. Bush was a lousy President, but not this bad, and at least he doesn't hate America like Barry.]

The unemployment rate is defined as people looking for work divided by the number of people actually working. The one and only reason unemployment has "dropped" from the recession high is that far fewer people are looking for work today. [AND, a lot of people are underemployed.]

Obama inherited a bad economy. No one is arguing that he didn't.

But Obama's policies have made it worse. Fewer people have jobs, incomes are down, government has grown unchecked, the debt has skyrocketed, the economy is growing at the speed of a crawl, and the US is less prestigious in the world. [Add: the "peace loving" Islam degenerates are out of control, murdering and torturing even more innocent people ... etc. etc.]

He (Obama) is an utter failure. Empirically the worst President in modern history by all fair and objective measurements.

A Ride In The Country

A few short days ago, Sweetie installed the dog bones (lowering links), so, we took our steeds out for a spin to test all our new gear.

The 2012 Suzuki V-Strom 650 handles like a dream. This bike is much improved over my 2005 V-Strom. The gears are smoother so it shifts better (no false neutrals on this one). The bike is lighter and thinner. Plus the comfort in the seat has been improved.

Final Conclusion? I absolutely LOVE my new "Wee Strom"!

Now I wanna go somewhere farther than a few hours away. It will probably be awhile before we travel anywhere far enough to stay overnight. Got too many irons in the fire. One thing is my 13+ year old miniature schnauzer, Maxie, is steadily going downhill. Her bad days are starting to out weight the good days. I really don't know if she'll make it to Christmas (I pray she proves me wrong). Bless her little fuzzy heart. I don't want to board her anymore if I can help it. The weather must cool off a bit more. Mid-80's is still too warm. I'm also concerned that if crapweasel is not kicked out of office, there will be no money at all. For anyone. I think it more prudent to hang onto what we have at the moment.

That aside, I wanna ride! Wanna come with? Grab your gear and let's get motoring!

Calling all believers in Jesus Christ! Someone has organized a "40 Days Of Prayer" for our nation. Please, everyone, pray for our Nation, that unbelievers will hear the Word rightly divided and give their hearts to Jesus Christ to be saved from the wrath to come, and equally important about the upcoming election. Pray quietly in our hearts all day, if necessary. God loves to hear from us. Prayers doesn't have to be "formal" or in a special place or use special words. The Holy Spirit makes intersection for us anyway.

I really appreciate the good folks behind the organizing of the 40 Days Of Prayer. I know most who believe pray anyway. And as we all know, HE always answers prayer. Perhaps more will be convicted in their hearts to do the right thing so that we can turn our Nation back from the brink of destruction.

The well-being of our country depends on good people like you.

Obama Lies, Our Country Dies

Briefly, my thoughts exactly on the Middle East:

Obama & Hillary Clinton have deliberately blamed a poorly made “anti-Islam” video (yes, I watched it) for his failed foreign policies and Clinton’s inept representation of our country. These apology tours, the bad mouthing our country, the bowing to foreign dignitaries, have brought us to the brink of yet another World War. The video did not start the riots and subsequent murders of 4 Americans in Libya, etc. The so designated “Main Stream Media“ (which in fact is no longer main stream and now a part of the Dark Side) gave out the information that his video existed. The Muslims didn’t even know about this video until Obama and Clinton apologized and that self-same news latched onto it. Now I see that Obama sent his goons out and had that same anti-Islam video producer arrested and questioned. This was a clear abuse of this man’s rights! Under this “President”, our 1st Amendment Rights are dead!

I am so out-raged about this.

You don’t think this can happen to you or your loved ones? Think it doesn’t affect you? How naive. Well, just wait my friend. It’s coming when being a Christian witnessing for Jesus will be considered “hate speech” too and we’ll be arrested and detained for questioning. Or if we do anything else this fascist government considers “inappropriate” or “hateful”.

More damning evidence has been brought to light that Obama and the State Department knew about the planned attacks at least 48 hours before the hits. There was no warning given to our Embassies. No lock downs ordered. No extra help sent. The riots in the Middle East where planned way in advance by the mongers of true hate speech al-queda to coincide with the 9-11 anniversary. The demonstrations did not start until after the bombing on the Embassies. We are being lied to (again) by Obama, his sycophants in the press and the entirety of his Administration. Mark my words, Obama has innocent blood on his hands.

Thank goodness, Google didn’t give into the Obama goons and take the video off-line.

Ain't she a beut!?

This week I traded the brand new 2012 Triumph Bonneville SE for another "Wee Strom". Even after many adjustments to the "Bonney" (Hagon Classic Shocks, a more comfortable Sargent seat, handlebar risers, etc.), I couldn't get comfortable. That last ride I took on the Bonney my neck was in so much pain that it took over a week to get off the muscle relaxers and pain killers again. That's plain silly! I'm too old for this. So, we began the negotiating process, again, for another motorcycle.

You know, my husband is so thoughtful. He never even made a fuss about my not being able to ride the Bonney. Truthfully, he couldn't ride it comfortably either. He said his hip hurt after a short spin too. I guess we're just Adventure Bike people at heart.

By the way, he's still loving his used Moto Guzzi Breva 1100. But after bringing home my new bike this week, he now says that a Wee Strom may be in his future. This is one cool guy! :)

Now, I get the fun part of tweaking my new ride. I have to install "dog bones" (to lower it). I'll need hand guards, new luggage, etc. etc. Hey, I'm just doing my small part to keep the economy rolling. *giggle*

President Empty Chair

Did anyone observe The Empty Chair Day? We live way out in the country and technically don’t have a front yard but we where with all those who did participate in spirit.

I’m not watching it but The DNC is meeting this week in Charlotte, NC. BHO was suppose to talk to a large invisible crowd outside but his handlers decided to move The Anointed One inside to avoid any lightning strikes from the God they so desperately don’t want to believe in. So BHO will be spewing more lies inside to a stadium of thousands of empty (or bought) seats.

Democrats are offering free tickets to Bank of America stadium to see President Obama formally accept the Democratic nomination for President on Thursday, and close out the Democratic National Convention.

Now, the Associated Press (h/t Fox News) has confirmed that the free tickets aren’t enough to guarantee a sold out crowd to watch the president’s acceptance speech. They will also be supplying a bus service through various outlets around the region.

And have you heard this little tidbit? The DNC officially will not support Israel, and has removed their one reference to God from their by-laws. This brings to mind the series of books by Joel C. Rosenburg beginning with The Ezekiel Option, written in 2005, that are based on God’s prophet in the book of Ezekiel. Mr. Rosenburg ‘s premise is:

1. A charismatic candidate is elected as the President of the United States, and is misidentified as the Anti-Christ.
2. Under this President’s leadership, the United States abandons Israel, and supports the populous uprisings in the Arab Nations of the Middle East, and their merging into an Islamic nation under the leadership of Iran. Israel stands alone in the world.
3. The Islamic Nations reveal they are a nuclear threat, that they have developed nuclear bombs/missiles in secret for the express purpose of annihilating Israel. The Islamic Nation aligns itself with Russia and Russia’s leader proclaims mutual support/aid.
4. An enormous reserve of oil and natural gas is discovered offshore of Israel, dwarfing the Saudi Arabian Reserves.
5. The Islamic Nation and Russia attack Israel (Gog and Magog).

The first three listed are happening before our eyes.

A massive oil reserve was discovered off Israel's coast about a year ago. I don't know where they are in developing the field for production, but the reserve conservatively was estimated to be 3x the Saudi reserves.

I think we may all be witnessing the last days before the Rapture, which is when our Lord Jesus Christ returns to bring those of us who have faith in Him to his bosom forever. Don’t get left behind. If you haven’t already, give your heart to Him, and be saved from the wrath to come.

Why No One Gets A Reassigned Social Security Number

An intensive investigation has revealed the identity of the man whose Social Security number (SSN) is being used by the man who now calls himself President Barak Hussein Obama:

Jean Paul Ludwig, who was born in France in 1890, immigrated to the United States in 1924, and was assigned SSN 042-68-4425 (Obama's current SSN) on or about March 1977.

Ludwig lived most of his adult life in Connecticut. Because of that, his SSN begins with the digits 042, which are among only a select few reserved for Connecticut residents.

Obama never lived or worked in that state! Therefore, there is no reason on earth for his SSN to start with the digits 042.

Now comes the best part. Ludwig spent the final months of his life in Hawai'i, where he died.

Conveniently, Barak Hussein Obama's grandmother, Madelyn Payne Dunham, worked part-time in the Probate Office in the Honolulu Hawaii Courthouse, and therefore had access to the SSNs of deceased individuals.

The Social Security Administration was never informed of Ludwig's death, and because Ludwig never received Social Security benefits there were no benefits to stop and therefore, no questions were ever raised.

The suspicion, of course, is that Dunham, knowing her grandson was not a U.S. Citizen, either because he was born in Kenya or became a citizen of Indonesia upon his adoption by Lolo Soetoro simply scoured the probate records until she found someone who died who was not receiving Social Security benefits, and selected Mr. Ludwig's Connecticut Social Security Number for Obama.

Just wait until Trump gets past the birth certificate and onto the issue of Barry Soetoro Obama's use of a stolen SSN. You will see leftist heads exploding, because they will have no way of defending Obama on this issue.

Although many Americans do not understand the meaning of the term "natural born" there are few who do not understand that if you are using someone else's SSN it is a clear indication of fraud. If you or I did this, we would be under the jail for years! This is fraudulent behavior, plain and simple.

Please help me get this information out to everybody on your mailing lists.

We The People must succeed in bringing this lying, deceitful, cheating, corrupt, impostor to justice. That would be the biggest and best news in decades for our country and the world.

A little side note. More to mull over about Obama's supposed birth certificate:

1. Back in 1961 people of color were called 'Negroes.' So how can the Obama birth certificate states he is 'African-American' when the term wasn't even used at that time.

2. The birth certificate that the White House photoshoped then released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in 'Kenya, East Africa'. This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the 'British East Africa Protectorate'.

3. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity Gynecological Hospital ". This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively. In other words, a thusly named Hospital did not exist yet! The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978.

4. Why did the name who calls himself Barack Hussein Obama fight this in the courts for so long? I think we know that answer.

Obama Is Successful

It's official, U.S. economic growth (GDP) has slowed to 1.5%. Businesses all across America are closing their doors, probably forever. Depression levels of 25% of Americans are now out-of-work or are under-employed. Obama says his "economic policies have worked".


Obama has successfully "fundamentally change America" in his own image: a failure.

They thought they had seen a ghost!

Already bone-weary from "toiling and rowing" against a "contrary" wind, and still "in the midst of the sea" though the night was far gone, they saw something in the distance that frightened them even more than the storm itself.

It was a ghost -- they thought -- and a chilling fear gripped them as they were made to face something they had never experienced before. At first, doubtless, they were petrified, gripped with unspeakable terror. Then they "cried out" and in response came the reassuring voice of their own blessed Master and Lord: "Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid". The grim specter that had filled them with stark dread had turned out to be the Lord Himself, the One whom they loved more deeply than any other on earth. See their faces! Looks of terror have given way now to looks of relief and joy. Their faces now are wreathed in smiles.

What a lesson for God's people in times of crisis! When caught in the grip of unspeakable fear, unable to face what seems to lie ahead, it is infinitely blessed to hear His voice, saying, "It is I"; not merely "I am here too", but "it is I". "I am in this trouble you fear to face. Indeed, it is I you will find in all your troubles if you will look at them more closely."

Those who are so careless as to confuse the believer's standing with his condition and experience should take note that it is Paul, the one who writes of our position in the heavenlies, who says in his very last epistle and in its very last chapter: "At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me... Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me..." (II Tim.4:16,17).

It was a frightening experience to have to stand as a Christian before the wicked monster, Nero. And standing there alone, forsaken by all, served to add hopelessness to fear. Ah, but in his darkest hour "the Lord stood with him, and strengthened him". Yes, Paul knew something of this, and so might we when crises alarm us. So might we hear those encouraging, comforting words: "Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid".

Obamacare Remains Law

After months and months of waiting and speculating, the Supreme Court has finally decided to let Americans in on their dirty little joke, that they think that Obamacare is legal. Well, the libtards on the court do anyway. [duh] The conversatives voted against the ruling but where out numbered.

*sigh*

This ruling must be especially disheartening for the youth who are politically savy since they know they will be forced at the end of a gun to pay ever increasingly high taxes. It is the young who will pay for our elderly care. Over, and over, and over again.

Even the Dow has dropped nearly 100 points in the hour after the Supreme Court Obamacare decisions were announced, just after 10am. It dipped to 12,462 at its lowest point after having begun the day at 12,626.

The economy is tanking and there's nothing to stop it.

Next up:
- You will buy a Chevy Volt ... or pay a special tax.
- You will not engage in "dangerous" activites (motorcycles, sky diving, scuba diving, etc) ... or pay a special tax.
- You will have a specific, healthy, body-mass index ... or pay a special tax.
- You will have a cholesterol level below 190 ... or pay a special tax.
- You will vote democrat ... or pay a special tax.
- You will renounce all religious beliefs and worship your god the government ... or pay a special tax.
- You will work at the job we give you for the salary we dictate ... or pay a special tax.

Also, with Obamacare in place, every time someone buys or sells a house, they will be forced to give 3% of the earnings to the Obamacare pot.

Forced.

Of course, the crapweasel O'Blamo is congratulating himself over this ruling. This is what he's wanted all along, to destroy America, one tax at a time. I am hoping, though, this ruling will eventually come back to bite him in the butt. I don't know about you, but even though I am a staunch Ron Paul supporter, I plan to cast a vote against Obama in November. I hope everyone else is planning this also.

Because those of us who love our country must stick together or we shall all hang together.

Blogoversary - 4th

It’s been 4 years since the inception of My Thoughts Exactly. Wow. Does it feel like it to you? It doesn’t to me. Seems like only yesterday I put “pen to paper” to share my beliefs and thoughts with the world.

Along the way I have realized that politics can actually be enjoyable to discuss in this type of forum. I’ve threatened many a time to stop posting though (it can be a bit tiresome, as you know) but when the Vacationing Chief took office, there has been so much political fodder to share I couldn‘t stop. I decided it was important to keep reporting my views about the current Administration for as Edmund Burke said, “All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing.” Those of us who believe in truth, justice and the American way must never stop shouting “Obama, you lie”.

Loud.

And often.

This is my megaphone and I intend to keep using it.

But we’ve also had other fun, I hope, at least, I have. I’ve shared motorcycle vacations and purchases, day trips, prayer requests, gardening happenings, country events, our dogs, and other daily activities and thoughts. I’ve lost friends to all of humanity’s arch enemy death and gained new ones along the way. And you’ve honored me with your thoughts too. That truly is the best part of blogging, is hearing from y’all as well. I treasure each and every comment. It’s nice not to feel so alone with one’s thoughts.

In closing, to all my followers both near and far, thank you all for your wonderful comments through the years. It's been one heck of a ride. This virtual place wouldn’t be nearly as much fun without you. Your contributions have definitely fueled me to soldier on to taking on year 5.

Heat Wave

It's hot, hot, hot! It's days like this that I wonder how I survived Florida before air conditioning. I honestly think AC is the best invention ever. Bar none.

How are we dealing with the heat? Inside with the window shades drawn, frozen adult drinks in our hands, the AC set as low as possible without it running continuously and the ceiling fans going.

Oh yeah, we're cool baby!


We need one of those Penguins on the door that say "It's Kool Inside". When I was a young'in, these where on most of our local grocery store front doors. I remember the worst part of it was leaving the store in our un-air conditioned car and schlepping through our un-air conditioned house. I sure don't miss that.

Court Rulings Updates

No news yet from the Supreme Court about Obamacare or a ruling on Arizona immigration. The Supreme Court did shoot down some ruling by the SEIU union thugs. If I understood correctly, the SEIU was forcing their members to not only join, but they were upping the dues on the forced members to give to the Obama campaign. Thank goodness some good soul fought this all the way to the Supreme Court and they said "that ain't fair". Good going Supreme Court! For once a proper ruling! Now, will you help us please eliminate the satanic "health care" law or not?

In his assessment he say’s unemployment is likely to stay above 8.2% for years … then say’s “If we are not seeing sustained improvement in the labor market, that would require additional (Fed) action.”

The more the Fed intervenes, the more we are flushed down the toilet. Americans have already lost 35 to 45% of our net worth. Geez, thanks Ben.

Quantitative Easing or money printing and its accompanying side dish of Keynesian (markism mixed with liberal agenda) Theory is like Chinese food: it does very little to fill the need and they’re back for more in an hour.

Have you seen the new nauseating, creepy advertisement by the Obama Administration? I don't how it could be missed. It's on the Internet, in newspapers ... like southern mold in the summertime, it's everywhere. The page asks for your name, zip code and e-mail address in order to “sign” a Father’s Day card. I’m not sure where the pages takes you, because I’m not giving them that information (even though Big Bro probably already has all that and I'm still not cooperating).

I saw on one blog about this adv where one poster signed the "card" as:

Email: futurepresident@mittromney.com.

That one had me laughing out loud!

But really, this whole thing is sickening, isn't it.
