Thanks. If we were clearing back there, which we might do (just the underbrush), I'd have to have them leave this tree. "He's" just too tenacious to chop down. π₯°
I love trees! Especially when they have such character! Old trees make me think of old people with the craggy bark and sometimes crooked limbs that really make them so much more interesting and beautiful.
Oh, I love this! I am always intrigued by how trees develop such interesting designs and artistic beauty even in decay. Thank you for sharing this one with us. Really cool!!
its beautiful, a work of art.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking that too! When I spotted it on our old gun range the other day, I blurted out, "How cool is that?!"and snapped a pic. π₯°
DeleteI love the bark of a tree. It tells a story much like our wrinkles!
ReplyDeleteWell said and I agree. I does look much like our own "story lines". π₯°
DeleteI love, love, love trees!
ReplyDeleteMe too! I stop just short of a Tree Hugger for sure. π€£ π₯°
DeleteWow...
ReplyDeleteI said that too! π₯°
DeleteI'm so glad you spotted that oak ... and captured this image so we might enjoy it, too!
