Who the heck does he think he is!!!??? Plain and simple, Obama is a tyrant. Also, if the law had passed, it would have created a whole new class of "criminals" of which many of us would now be. The law would have made it illegal to even gift a gun without it being registered. To anyone. It would have been a total, absolute nightmare and not solved any criminal problems.
We've really escaped the bullet on this one.
Sparky, I caught a few minutes of MNBC or something like that...it was dreadful! A bunch of petulant, pissy folks talking about how dreadful it all was. It made me sick to watch them so I turned the t.v. off. I despise urban dwellers who think everyone has to live the way they live...in fear and thinking the government will be there to save them when necessary. My attitude is if their hiney's need saving and they aren't saved it gets them out of the gene pool.

Good thing we live in the Age of Grace or I'm sure God would have smote the whole lot of them by now. [grrr] (Sorry about the language but they are treading on egg shells with trying to disarm us.)
