Rain Is Approaching
Rain is approaching! Hurray! We need it so desperately.
I can't believe it's November already. Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holiday's. It's centered around family and friends. No cards, gifts or any of the other commercial trappings.
No Sunday lesson today. Still not feeling 100%. Not ill just unsettled. But, we're happy and well otherwise. Sitting here watching Downton Abbey reruns and sipping hot tea. Everything is lovely. Hope your day is too.

Praying that whatever has you "unsettled" will pass, sweet friend. It has been so windy here, no rain, thankfully...as we had plenty during this past week.
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday to you...{waving to Steve and blowing kisses to the boys}
Prayers for peace. I certainly understand. We've had rain here-so much that the leaves fell off and we had no real Fall. Thanksgiving is my favorite too because it's a time to be together without the worries and stress of money. Thanks for thinking about us.
ReplyDeleteWith Downton Abbey and tea you need cheese and cucumber sandwiches cut into little triangles. Don't forget to have the little finger sticking out when you pick up the tea cup.
ReplyDeleteI behaved impeccably well at a garden tea party with posh English people at their country estate. But every time I drank the tea I got a sharp pain in the eye. Forgot to take the spoon out of the cup.
Praying you're well soon.
God bless.
Pam, hope you're well soon and enjoying rain. November entered with rain and chilly weather. I'm watching travelogues, Samantha Brown on Ireland, England and Scotland and getting ready to drink some hot, sweet, creamy tea...comfort food.
ReplyDeleteYour welcome for sending the rain that way---we are finally turning green once again!
ReplyDeleteFeel Better, Friend!
I do hope you are feeling better today and you got just the right amount of rain.
ReplyDeleteGentle rain is always good after a dry season...it's those deluges that I am no fan of. Unsettled? I hear you.
ReplyDeleteNovember Rain. Love that song. "It's hard to hold a candle in the cold November rain." Nothing like a little Guns N Roses when I get unsettled :) Peace Sparky.
ReplyDeleteDo feel better.
ReplyDeletePlease? ! ?
:)
You and I live very close....and that radar looks familiar to me.
Looking forward to some coooool weather! How about you!!
Sending you hugs,
Jackie
