Some Southern Molearchy

Mole

I hope he knew his The Ten Commolements because he's now in Mole ... whatever.

Lucy saved the day as Maxie lazily looks on.

I'm going to get Lucy some "Have Boxer Will Travel" cards.

"You want a piece of me Mole??"

For your entertainment, I found a couple of websites pertaining to Mole humor. There is actually a Mole Day in October. Geez, who knew moles could be so humorous? They're just fur bearin' pesty critters in this yard.

  5. Your crossing your fingers , aren't you? My kitty Bonsai is a little hunter is always dragging moles into the house! My other cat Cresson couldn't care less and doesn't chase anything!

  6. My goodness, what a memory! I remember moles tearing up the yard in my childhood. It looked like our entire yard was tunnels! Then those awful steel traps my dad would set for them ... I guess one advantage of the yucky clay soil up here is, no moles!

  8. Moles are such mournful looking things. No wonder they stay underground where no one can see them. It's not like anyone is ever happy to see them!

  10. I'm glad I brought a smile Mildred. I never relized how many times 'mole' turns up in the English language until this post.

I enjoyed watching Have Gun Will Travel. They really did sell those little 'business cards' for Paladin when I was a kid.

Yeah, moles are pests Iva. RATS!? That sounds serious! Might wanna call an exterminator. Yuck.

Good kitty Marie! Can we borrow Bonsai?

My hubby keeps using the steel traps too Susan and they don't work.

We have mice too Linda. They're terribly destructive.

They are mournful Rosezilla. Nothing like Moleasses to get one down. har har
